By accessing and using Wakpaijan Technologies's AI Automation Suite (frame60) and related services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.

Permission is granted to temporarily use Wakpaijan Technologies's services for personal or commercial business purposes. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title.

You must register for an account to access certain features. You agree to provide accurate information and keep your account credentials secure.

Wakpaijan Technologies reserves the right to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the Service with or without notice.

Certain services may require payment. You agree to pay all fees and charges associated with your account on a timely basis.

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Wakpaijan Technologies and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You retain all rights to any content you submit, post, or display on or through the Service. By submitting content, you grant Wakpaijan Technologies a license to use that content.

You may not use the Service: • For any unlawful purpose • To harass, abuse, or harm others • To interfere with or circumvent the security features • To upload or transmit viruses or malicious code • For any obscene or immoral purpose

We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion.

In no event shall Wakpaijan Technologies, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages.

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes.
